How many days does it take to complete the laundry order?

Our standard turnaround time to complete any laundry order is 2 work days if the laundry items are deposited at our store or collected via delivery service latest by 1.00pm. We also have a 1 work day Express Service for that item and if the laundry items are deposited at our store or collected via delivery service latest by 1.00pm.

How much is the 1 Work Day Express Service?

Our Express Service is twice the retail price for that laundry item. Please ensure you inform our staff at the counter, via the online store comments field, self-service kiosk comments field, or over the phone that you are requesting for Express Service so that we can ensure the laundry items are completed on time. If you are using the 24 hour self-service kiosk when the service counter is closed for that work day, please note the Express Service order will only be processed on the next work day (eg. 1 day delay as per daily 1.00pm requirement).

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

For our retail store's Service Counter, we accept NETS, VISA and MasterCard. For our retail store's 24 Hours Self-Service Kiosk, we accept VISA and MasterCard. For our Online Store in this website, we accept PayPal (VISA / MasterCard / UnionPay / American Express / Discover) and Online Bank Transfer.

How do I arrange for delivery service?

For Standard Delivery service at $20 for two-way collect and return of laundry items for all locations in Singapore, please select "Standard Delivery" at the Check Out page of our Online Store. For Customized Delivery service, for example only using one-way collect or one-way return of laundry items, please select the type of delivery within the "Delivery Service" category of the Products page and it into your Cart, then select "Self Collect" at the Check Out page since you already paying for customized delivery, so that you will not be charged twice for delivery service. Please note our delivery service will be arranged latest by the next work day upon confirmation of your order (eg. order confirmed on Tuesday, collection of laundry from your home/office on Wednesday). And similarly, the return delivery service to send the clean laundry will be arranged the next work day after the clean laundry is ready (eg. standard 2 works days or 1 work day express service). Our delivery service works in 4 hour windows and we will email or call/sms you to confirm the delivery window timing. We will try to schedule the delivery as close as possible to your requested time window.
